  • Commercial / Transaction Data: When you purchase tickets or make a donation, financial transactions are processed through our third-party vendor, Vanco Payment Solutions ("Vanco"). We do not directly store or process your credit card or financial account numbers on our servers.

2. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance

The Warrenton Chorale features programming for youth, but our Site is intended for a general audience and is directed to parents, guardians, and adult choir members.

  • No Knowing Collection: We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information online directly from children under the age of 13.
  • Parental Registration Required: Registration for youth choir programs is handled through cooperation with local public school choral programs.

  • To send you choir-related communications, including rehearsal notes from the Director, schedules, and vital rehearsal or concert updates.

  • To process your transactions and contributions efficiently.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal data, nor do we process or share your personal data for targeted advertising or profiling purposes.
