The Youth Chorale, originally named the “Children’s Choir” was added in 1967 with 22 singers, and since that time have had as many as 30-35 voices. Their participation is a valuable experience for the children. They benefit from good musical training and performances experience, and many go on to join the adult group.
Rehearsals for the next concert season will be starting in September. The music is arranged for treble voices, soprano and alto, and singers must be 9 years old at the time of registration.
